Pet info. There's been this thing going around on FB that bashes giving your pets ice cubes or ice water. It's only dangerous AFTER heavy exercise, when the animals is overheated. Anyone remember the story of Black Beauty? Yeah, that's all it is. Is it dangerous, yes, but not if you just give it to them to cool off the water.

While sitting out in the sun today, I had an epiphany. I love being in the sun. Okay, maybe nothing new about that, but it got me wondering. Pet info. There truly is no way to make a dog do something they don't want to do. The trick is to teach them to trust you early on, so when you ask them to do something they don't want to do, or are unsure of, their trust in you supersedes their fear. It can be done, all it takes is patience and time.
